The clocks of "The Terminal List"
Fernando AldeaThanks to a few days of leisure time brought on by the ever-present virus, I was able to watch the series "The Terminal List" on Amazon. Inspired by Jack Carr's book of the same name, it's action-packed and suspenseful, starring the good old Chris Pratt.
The series tells the story of Lieutenant Commander James Reece (Pratt), whose Navy Seal platoon is ambushed during an undercover mission. Reece returns home to his family with vague memories of the incident and doubts about his responsibility. Of course, new information begins to emerge, and Reece, a quiet man throughout the series, discovers that dark and powerful forces are working against him, endangering his life and the lives of his loved ones.

As a seasoned collector, I spent the entire time trying to identify as many models as possible, and some were quite difficult to identify.
Here are the three most important watches, with invigorating surprises:
Resco BlackFrog Gen2 - Chris Pratt
Lieutenant Commander James Reece wears a lesser-known specialized diving watch. Resco Instruments is an American-made watch brand founded by RE Smith, a true Navy SEAL, which makes his BlackFrog Gen2 with a black NATO strap very appropriate.
The watch has an analog face with a black dial and white hands. The black bezel has a yellow lume dot and metallic 15, 30, and 45 o'clock markings. Chris Pratt wears the dive watch on a black nylon strap, and it's available from Resco's online store for $1,905.
Casio G-Shock GA-2100-1A1 - Taylor Kitsch
Taylor Kitsch plays Ben Edwards , a CIA ground branch agent who is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and former teammate of James Reece. Kitsch wears a Casio G-Shock GA-2100-1A1 with an all-black dial and case, and gray hands.
The watch in the series is equipped with a green and black nylon paracord strap, similar to the paracord straps on some Garmin watches. They likely used a Jays & Kays kit to adapt the strap to the G-Shock, allowing the user to mount 20 or 22 mm bracelets instead of the original integrated resin strap.
