- How to sell on LOFT?
We bring sellers and buyers together safely:
1. If you have a luxury item you'd like to sell, please send us information and photos of your product using the following form: Consign a Product . (Only watches with a retail value over $1,000,000 are accepted.)
2. If your product qualifies for the LOFT store, we will schedule a visit to conduct a photo and video shoot of your product.
3. We authenticate the piece when it does not have a box or papers, which has a cost that is reported upon receiving the form.
4. We jointly define the final sale price. The idea is to make it mutually agreeable and fair to the potential buyer.
5. We sign the consignment contract, which establishes a commission for LOFT (based on market information regarding brand, model, condition, year, retail price, etc.) for sales management (showroom demonstration, facilities, payment methods, warranties and after-sales) and promotion (publication in online store, social media, investment in media plan, digital marketing, etc.).
6. The item will remain with you. We'll only ask for it to show it to potential customers and once the sale is complete.
- How to buy at LOFT?
To purchase items from LOFT, you can do so directly in our online store: Shop , or request a visit with our team by filling out the following form: Schedule a Visit , to review a product in person at our offices.
Once you're satisfied that the product meets your needs, we'll provide you with payment options, including credit/debit cards, merchant deposits, or bank transfers. We'll ship the product quickly and securely to your home, or arrange for you to pick it up at our offices.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, LOFT does not offer exchanges or returns.
- How do I know the products are authentic?
LOFT's team of experts physically inspects each product listed, certifying its authenticity. Our years of experience in the luxury industry and our in-house technical inspections allow us to provide an accurate assessment of the authenticity and condition of each product offered.

- How do we set our prices?
Our prices are carefully designed to give you access to the world's best brands in the most affordable way possible. By not having expensive physical facilities or an in-person sales team, we can sacrifice our profit margins and achieve prices that are generally much lower than the list prices of luxury brand boutiques. Your investment in a LOFT product can even turn into a future profit, as luxury goods often rise in price over time as they become more scarce or desired by new generations of customers.
- Are the photos real?
All photos on the site are real, taken in our studios. We only use products we sell for our photos. We never use reference photos or photos taken from outside sources to advertise a product.
- Where do the published products come from?
We have a community of luxury brand lovers who are constantly updating their collections. Therefore, we help them sell products they no longer use and free up funds for new additions to their collections.
- Do you offer a guarantee?
LOFT reviews and tests each product listed, ensuring its proper functioning. The warranties offered are those provided by the product manufacturer and may have expired at the time of sale through LOFT and the LOFT Guarantee :
For your peace of mind, we have a technical team with extensive industry experience inspecting all the watches we receive. Watches that meet the quality and authenticity criteria to be listed on LOFT include our LOFT Guarantee , which gives you peace of mind in three key areas:
• Guarantees the authenticity of the watch you are purchasing.
• Guarantees the origin of the watch you are purchasing.
• Guarantees the correct functioning of the movement (caliber or module) of the watch you are purchasing for 1 year*, according to the requirements specified in the Warranty Certificate.
* Exceptions :
• Watches labeled Vintage , although they are wonderful pieces with a great horological heritage, obviously no longer meet the manufacturer's operating standards.
• Problems related to the tightness or waterproofing of the products. This includes leaks, seepage, or other problems that affect the product's ability to prevent the passage of liquids or moisture.
- How are shipments made?
At LOFT, we're proud to work with trusted couriers with extensive coverage to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition. The shipping times we provide reflect the estimated time it takes for a package to leave our hands and reach its destination. However, it's vital that you know that external factors can influence delivery, especially if the package leaves our facilities. If you have an event or special date, we suggest placing your order in advance. Although we are not responsible for late deliveries, we are committed to working with you to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
It is essential that you provide complete and accurate shipping addresses, as we cannot modify them once the package has been shipped.
Additionally, it is your responsibility to understand and respect your country's customs regulations; LOFT cannot accept packages held or destroyed due to local regulations. Finally, please note that all orders marked as "delivered" by shipping companies are
are considered delivered and we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your package in those cases.
