Between tradition and modernity, the Tricompax is a watch inspired by the golden age of motorsport. The three-counter chronograph has been the watch of choice for the sport's greatest legends and most sensational racers since the 1960s.
Among the nods to motorsports: the bezel with a tachymeter scale designed to measure speeds of up to 200 km/h and two colors that recall the intensity of the competition. The second hand, minute counter, and its hand are adorned in orange, while the hour register and its hand are yellow.
A Swiss movement offering 63 hours of power reserve
This chronograph represents the beginning of an important chapter for Baltic. For this watch, they chose the Sellita SW510-M, a Swiss hand-wound mechanical movement, which perfectly matches the spirit of this chronograph. With over 60 hours of power reserve, this complication movement is known for its exemplary quality and reliability.
A duo of flyback chronographs
Once an essential accessory for any racer or team member, chronographs now play an important role in every race weekend, allowing lap times on the track, or special stage times in rallies, to be measured and compared.
Inspired by the design of the Tricompax, this pair of chronographs is perfectly suited to sports use thanks to its "flyback" function. This complication, which allows the watch to be reset to zero and restarted simultaneously, is ideal for motor racing.
A 70s-inspired flat link bracelet
To maintain the sporty, vintage spirit of this chronograph, Baltic has chosen to develop a comfortable, 1970s-inspired metal bracelet. This "flat link" perfectly follows the curve of the wrist thanks to its thin, flexible links, while its polished and brushed finish combines elegance and sportiness.
Easily adjustable thanks to its numerous independent links and micro-adjustments, and simple to attach and detach from the watch, it is the ideal accessory to get into the race weekend mood.
A box specially designed for collaboration
More than a watch, this collaboration with Peter Auto represents the young French house's vision of the union between motorsport and watchmaking. As much as glory and victory, the gentlemen drivers come for an experience, which must be unique. It is this experience they wanted to offer.
In this case, the Tricompax is accompanied by several accessories that recall the parallels with motorsports. The two chronometers are mounted on an anodized aluminum plate from CarBone Liveries, ideal for integration into the dashboard. The flat-link strap, supplied with a dedicated screwdriver for adjustment, can be exchanged for the taupe calfskin strap.
