The Maison was one of our winners at the recent Watches & Wonders, and as a testament to its commitment to the event, it developed a dedicated website to showcase its new products. You can discover all of Cartier's creations on this platform through an interactive interface, where you'll experience the house's high standards and design culture up close: Cartier Watchmaking Encounters .

Cartier presented numerous watchmaking innovations, including three iconic models: the Tank Must , inspired by the Tank Louis Cartier watch, which innovates with the integration of a photovoltaic movement. The Pasha de Cartier evolves with a 30 mm model and a chronograph version. The Cloche de Cartier , a singular model with a unique shape created in 1920, joins the Cartier Privé collection, a collection dedicated to connoisseurs that explores the Maison's mythical aesthetic through limited-edition watches.

Pasha de Cartier

PASHA DE CARTIER 30 MM
The new version of the iconic Pasha, a watch with a jewel-watch diameter, a quartz movement, and all the characteristic details of a Pasha: from the engraved initials hidden behind the crown cap to the interchangeable straps.

PASHA DE CARTIER 41 MM CHRONOGRAPH
A new addition whose design is enhanced by the presence of a rotating bezel and two cabochon-set pushers, just like the original Pasha. This version is equipped with a 1904-CH MC Cartier Manufacture movement and a sapphire caseback.
In this case, "the interpretation of the chronograph moves away from a simple display to offer a bold aesthetic alternative," according to Marie-Laure Cérède, Cartier's Director of Watchmaking Design.

Cartier Cloche

The Cloche de Cartier is the fifth work of Cartier Privé and one of the rarest aesthetics in the house's watchmaking repertoire. This watch can be read in two ways: on the wrist or on a table, transforming it into a unique "desk clock."
"This watch is amazing. It is unique not only for its aesthetics, but also for its ergonomics. " says Pierre Rainero, Director of Image, Style and Heritage at Cartier.

CARTIER SKELETON CLOCHE
The Skeleton movement takes on a mythical form, a true watchmaking feat that involves adapting this complication to the watch's atypical shape. The new Cartier Manufacture 9626 movement is revealed beneath the Roman numerals transformed into bridges on this openwork dial.
" Thanks to an excellent collaboration, we have been able to prioritize aesthetic emotion in this new skeleton version" according to Marie-Laure Cérède, Cartier's Director of Watchmaking Design.

Tank

TANK MUST: A DESIGN IN CONSTANT EVOLUTION
Directly inspired by the Tank Louis Cartier, the design of the Tank Must has been developed while remaining faithful to the historical model.
Rounded lugs, revised dial proportions: finesse is the driving force behind this new design. A classic of the Maison's watchmaking, its sophistication is measured at every level: from its completely redesigned and interchangeable curved-link steel strap to the latest high-efficiency quartz movement—with a lifespan of approximately eight years.

"Must watches are part of the Maison's heritage and legend (...). Thanks to their instantly recognizable style (...), but also to their excellent craftsmanship, which Cartier applies to all its creations down to the smallest detail," says Pierre Rainero, Cartier's Image, Style and Heritage Director.

DOUBLY INNOVATIVE
The pioneering Tank Must is the center of a double innovation: the Manufacture has managed to apply the photovoltaic principle to the dial of the Tank watch without altering its aesthetics. This true technical feat is based on the perforation of the Roman numerals, whose openings allow light to reach the photovoltaic cells hidden beneath the dial. It took the development team two years to integrate this SolarBeat ™ movement, with an average lifespan of 16 years , into the Tank Must, the first watch to benefit from this technology.

Another innovation: the strap made without animal-derived materials guarantees a high level of both quality and comfort for our customers, and contributes to reducing our carbon footprint.

Tribute to the Monochrome Years of the '80s
With the launch of the Must watches in 1977, the Tank watch, an icon of Cartier watchmaking, became available to the public in a vermeil version. True to the spirit of the 1980s, the new Tank Must watch is available in three limited-edition monochrome colors that are embedded in Cartier's DNA: red, blue, and green.

CHOOSING CHROMATIC CONTRASTS FOR A CLASSIC
The Tank Louis Cartier, created in 1917, cultivates its timeless elegance in color. The choice of blue and red enhances the watch's pure lines. Cartier has added sophisticated details to these two precious limited editions, such as the Roman numerals and gold-colored "rails," which contribute to enhancing the graphic intensity of the dial.
