The third model in the ODYSSEUS line is the first Lange watch with a titanium case and bracelet. And the GRAND LANGE 1 , available in white or rose gold with a gray dial, demonstrates how a design classic can be carefully developed and made even more elegant.

RICHARD LANGE MINUTE REPEATER - a tribute to classic precision watchmaking
The tradition of historic pocket watches is an important point of reference for A. Lange & Söhne and is reflected in many details of the manufacture's calibers today, sometimes even in the overall concept of a watch. This is the case with the RICHARD LANGE MINUTE REPEATER, a limited edition of 50 pieces , which is based on the classic construction principles of precision watchmaking. The quest for historical authenticity is expressed in the construction of the melodious and sophisticated striking mechanism, as well as in the enameled dial with its blued-steel hands and fine Roman numerals, all of which were manufactured in-house. Contemporary developments include the patented hammer block and the pause elimination function, which avoids the usual pause between the hour and minute hands in the first 14 minutes of an hour. This also reflects Lange's ambition to never stand still and to push the art of watchmaking forward. The watch is limited to 50 pieces and is water-resistant to 2 bar (20 meters).
ODYSSEUS - sporty elegance in titanium
At A. Lange & Söhne, the name ODYSSEUS also represents the fusion of uncompromising quality with the highest levels of functionality. With a light and robust titanium case, water-resistant to 12 bar (120 meters), and a matching bracelet that guarantees maximum comfort even during sports, the third member of the ODYSSEUS watch family lives up to this claim. The sporty-elegant character of the watch, which is a limited edition of 250 pieces , is complemented by the robust and perfectly handcrafted automatic caliber L155.1, developed exclusively for this model range and launched in 2019. The balance wheel guarantees absolute precision by oscillating at 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour (4 Hertz) beneath the balance bridge, which is adorned with a hand-engraved wave motif.
GRAND LANGE 1: the evolution of a design classic
The new GRAND LANGE 1 perfectly reflects the ambition to further develop a watch family that has been the face of the brand for more than 25 years and has set new standards in precision watchmaking. The challenge is to make the watch's proportions even more elegant while retaining its high degree of recognizability. The height of the new model has been reduced to 8.2 millimeters, allowing the watch to fit even better on the wrist. This makes the GRAND LANGE 1 the ideal dress watch, combining understated elegance with exciting design to form an organic unit. The 41 mm watch is available in white or rose gold.

A. Lange & Söhne is known for choosing the best, though not necessarily the easiest, path in its communication as well. At the Watches and Wonders watch show in Geneva, the latest products will be presented to the international press from March 30 to April 5, 2022, using new formats. As a large, animated hologram, the RICHARD LANGE MINUTE REPEATER is the centerpiece of new product presentations at key A. Lange & Söhne boutique locations, including Singapore, Tokyo, New York, Shanghai, London, and Dubai. In Germany, the large holographic display can be experienced in Frankfurt and Berlin. With a case diameter of around 1.30 meters and a height of approximately 2.20 meters, the handcrafted details—enlarged in the hologram to 30 times their actual size—are visible from all sides as if under a microscope. To achieve the utmost attention to detail, the movement hologram is even equipped with an oscillating balance wheel.
